Enjoy a lovely fall ramble with the Folk Trails Hiking Club through historic Nevada City. On this easy 5 mile walk/hike we’ll visit various sites and learn more about the history of Nevada City and its role in California’s Gold Rush. We’ll stroll through Nevada City’s outlying neighborhoods and marvel at the beautifully preserved Victorian homes and the tree lined streets in their Autumnal glory.
Finally we’ll do a short loop on the Tribute Trail along Deer Creek and head back to the Inn Town Campground. What to bring: a backpack with water, snacks if needed, sunscreen, a hat, and wear appropriate footwear. And a camera of course!
