Beginning this May, Bear Yuba Land Trust and Folk Trails Hiking Club are teaming up with community partners, Inn Town Campground to launch a series of Fireside Chats.
We’ll start this new series around the campfire at Inn Town Campground with an overview of the 52 Hike Challenge – so far, more than 200 people have taken the pledge to get outdoors and hike on local trails every week in 2017. You can to, too!
Join in the fun and learn how you can get involved in a growing national movement. Campers will find out where to hike local trails, sign up for upcoming treks and outings, and get the low down on upcoming Ales for Trails events and Celebration of Trails Day.
We’ll have maps, outdoor gear, snacks and beverages for sale. Other chats in the series will feature backpacking basics, camp food tips, and women in the outdoors. This is a great opportunity to pitch a tent or go glamping at the Inn Town Campground with family and friends at a reduced price. Support Your Community. Support Land Conservation.
