NEVADA CITY WINTER WONDERS
Who’s ready for the holidays in Nevada City? The Nevada City Chamber of Commerce Victorian Christmas celebration transforms downtown into a holiday street fair. This annual, family tradition takes place two Wednesday evenings and three Sunday afternoons in December. The free family friendly event includes holiday activities for all ages, live entertainment, artisans and vendors, carolers and Father Christmas! Don’t forget about downtown Grass Valley’s Cornish Christmas, 5 Fridays starting Thanksgiving weekend. Additional holiday events we love: Nevada City Craft Fair, Country Christmas Faire, Grass Valley Holiday Market. We also love celebrating local farms, so don’t forget you can go pick your Christmas Tree or get a permit from the Tahoe National Forest.
