Join Folk Trails Hiking Club and the Inn Town Campground/Outside Inn the second Thursday of every month for a fun urban hike around Nevada City.
This month’s hike begins at the Outside Inn where we’ll make our way through historic downtown Nevada City, stopping to enjoy the many storied homes and buildings, before heading to the Deer Creek Tribute Trail. This multi-use trail is the perfect introduction to explore Deer Creek’s rich history and scenic beauty.
Please park in downtown Nevada City and walk up to the motel. Please bring water, snacks if needed, proper footwear, dress in layers and of course, your camera. We’ll be walking during “magic hour” meaning perfect photos! If you have hiked with us before rest assure this one will be a little different than the others! The hike is free and open to anyone who’s interested in joining.
